MY CITY "ZACATECAS"

 

Hiii!! My name is Itzel Romo. I am from Zacatecas, Mexico. I like these pictures because I think Zacatecas is a beautiful state.

 

Zacatecas is a very colonial city. The buildings downtown seem to be frozen in time. We are also known for our once prosperous silver mines, which are now mostly tourist attractions. You can take daily tours into the mines, and there is even a club deep inside the caverns.

GUADALAJARA: A INTERESTING PLACE

          Guadalajara is a beautiful city and it´s the capital of the state of Jalisco. There are about 1 600 894 people who is living here.

 

 

          Guadalajara has a lot of interesting places to visit. It has museums like The Wax Museum or The Arts Museum. It also has many importants buildings for example The Degollado Theatre, The Guadalajara´s Alhondiga, The Cathedral or The Guadalajara´s Observatory.

 THE CATHEDRAL

 

          This  city is also well known for its delicious food, for example the famous tortas ahogadas, pozole, tostadas and tamales. Guadalajara is a very famous for its mariachis, the jarabe tapatio, for its floklore mexican dance and of course for its tequila!!!!!

 

              Here in this city many people enjoy the marichis´ music and they also like to dance this kind of music. Guadalajara It´s a wonderful place!!!

TEOTIHUACAN  

 

Teotihuacan is the abandoned city of the Toltecas. It is about 1,200 years old and is located in the state of Mexico about 35 kms from Mexico city.

There are also four beautiful palaces:

ROGELIO GRANILLO.

 

In it Puebla is a wonderful natural reserve called Stater Flower of the Forest, the place is in federal highway no. 150 Puebla-Tehuacán around kilometer 10,5, in a deviation with length of 2 kilometers, which leads directly to the entrancein, that we can observe diferenter types of mammal like squirrels, monkey spider, cat I mount, etc. In that also we can see aviario where we will find birds like eagles, toucans, peacock, owls, turtles, etc. also we found animal of granga as they are the pigs, chivos, lambs, goats etc. The cautious flight of the deer white tail, a warm climate under the shelter of the encinos is the frame that offers the State Park Flower of the Forest. 

  

 

 

 

Flower of the Forest was denominated Recreational Ecological Park in 1985 to count on a space of benefit and a wooded reserve. At the moment under the care and administration of the Secretariat of the Environment and Natural Resources, its mission is to on a par tie the environmental education with the protection to the environment of the protection and preservation of birds and mammals in danger of extinction through Units of Handling and Advantage of the Wild Life.

With 664 hectares and diverse areas where the visitors can find relaxation and think that the time pauses, at least for a moment, thanks to the direct bonding with the nature.

The objective is to elevate the level of brings back to consciousness in the population on the care of the environment since you will be witness of the contamination and his effects, the wild fires in all the planet, the great power consumption in the countries more colonising with the planet.

 

The Secretariat of the Environment and Natural Resources invites to you to enjoy the zone of extreme games where the adrenalin unloadings, the adventure and the direct bonding with the environment are what you will find. In a zone that counts on a jagüey an EXTREME route with sixteen games, distributed in three zones has been designed: 1. The high steps: it counts on suspension bridges, prudent and networks where you will know what is the height. 2. Group games: where integration, planning, skill and the strategy will be keys to fulfill the mission. 3. Tirolesa: where you will cross ONE HUNDRED TEN meters at a speed of 60 kilometers per hour, in only TEN seconds! The area of challenges is integrated by 16 games of adventure in which it is possible to be participated, of individual way, in the majority of them and by group, which makes the different passages more interesting.
